Introducing the Dubai Whoo(pie)! Our take on the trendy Dubai Chocolate; similar to the Whannoli we have followed our long time mantra "Why not a Whoopie Pie?". Thus born was our Dubai Whoo(pie), our classic chocolate cake filled with creamy pistachio and dipped in milk chocolate, and then topped with our own Homemade Dubai Chocolates!
